Halifax and Chester City coming back from the dead


Following last week's Play-Off finals the 23 teams Barnet will face next season have been confirmed

Following the conclusion of the 2012/13 Conference North & South Play-Off finals last week, The Bees 23 opponents for next season have been confirmed.

A disappointing end to the season saw the Bees drop out of the Football League with Aldershot and there are four other newcomers to the league.

The first team to join the division was Chester who ran away with the Blue Square North title by securing an incredible 107 points. Halifax Town were also promoted as Play-Off winners after beating Guiseley and Brackley Town.

Welling United join as Blue Square South Champions with Salisbury City who overcame Chelmsford City and Dover Athletic in the Play-Offs.

Cambridge United, Luton Town and Lincoln City makes you realise that there are some big towns and cities that don't even have a Football League representative. Remember when we thought it was bad enough that we were League Two! We don't even know how lucky we are with a Premier League club!

I think thats 13 ex football league clubs in there..........tough to get out of with only 1 automatic and 1 play off

It's division 5 in all but name. National league, promotion to the Football League for two clubs each season. And relegation to it from League 1.
