Everton Please Just Pick Someone!

Tue May 21, 2013 6:05 pm

Malky went to 33/1 and I thought he was out of the Everton race. Would have been a good time for a cheeky fiver, he's 7/2 2nd favourite now! :(

Fed up with this hanging over us now just wish they would sort it out one way or the other. I heard it would be the end of May I bloody hope so.

Im sure if he goes we have got the squad and the foundations to move on though. We just need to pick another experienced Prem quality manager. :ayatollah:

Hes not going. Martinez is leaving Wigan. His interview says it all he kept saying "whoever is in charge of wigan next season" not the talk of someone who is staying

Something tells me that Martinez will give it a further year with Wigan and get them back up. I put £20 on Slaven Bilic at 33/1 and got excited when over the weekend it went down to 12s but no back up!!!!

It's not hanging over the club, Tan will know exactly what Malky is thinking in regards to the Everton Job. I think he's staying, plus whose to say he won't be linked with other jobs that come up over the Summer. He's on the list to replace Pulis now too. Can't let it hang over the club, Tan will be asking him constantly what his plans are.

Iv'e backed Pulis for Everton. He said over the weekend that he was staying, suddenly he quits.

Tony Pulis at the Goodison 'school of science'? Wonder what the Evertonian purists would make of that?!!!

It has been highly documented that they were going to make a decision in June for the manager.

Indeed other manager jobs Malky will be linked to this summer. Tan will be aware of this and I would imagine will be reluctant to let Malky sign anyone until he is sure his manager is staying. I think everyone who wants Malky to stay can start relaxing when the first signing appear. Before then we will be returning to thread like this.
