' Swansea's terrible end of season run, will it '

' Swansea's terrible end of season run, will it continue in to next season? '

Swansea gained 6pts from 30pts available in their last 10 games

I remember it happened to us under Dave Jones and it continued and if it wasnt for the FACUP run, the Riddler was ready to axe him.

I doubt it, unfortunately.

Laudrup will know where he needs to strengthen his squad, and they'll have plenty of pre-season games to patch things up.

We were fairly poor when it came to collecting points in the final few games of the season, but I'm sure we'll be doing the same over the summer with fresh faces coming in. :D

Which is why Laudrup has stated on numerous occasions that our main transfer activity in the summer will to be in a couple of strikers.

So laudrup is going to be in a couple of strikers over the summer  unusual tactics to attract players to the club but I always suspected he was a faggot

Well we seeing as we posted record 6 month profits of around £15m in November and that was before our cup win and selling Graham for £5m and without £9m prize money for finishing 9th and the massive rise in tv payments for next season, I think we'll be to spend a couple of bob on a striker or two.

The same as where our money will be coming from. The premier league tv money. I hate the jacks as much as anybody but posts like this make us look a bunch of stupid cunts.
They will have a lot more money then us that's for sure.

I don't this they will have a lot to spend, they survive on selling players, a jack fan below says they are looking to sell Vorm, I think Laudrup is going to be gutted when he sits down to look at his budget, and the Spanish clubs will be looking for top prices after them getting Michu for a steal last year. I don't think they will find it easy at all this year, but time will tell.

don't come on here talking common sense it will not register with these cretins mate , they will keep coming up with stupid threads like this because they are too thick to think logically
only cardiff city fans could try and turn a 9th place finish in the premier league , a league cup win and qualification into the europa league as a bad season which will hopefully run 3 months over the close season and see us relegated next year

The fact you have to look at here Annis is that you WILL have a similar run (or maybe even worse) next season. That is inevitable. But to be able to absorb it as we have easily been able to do, you will also have to go on unbeaten runs of six or seven games as we have also done on more than one occasion. The question is, do you think you can do that? Because if you cant, then there will only be one obvious conclusion to your season. ;)

Its funny, but here are the facts

Two Seasons in the Premier league ,Never looked in danger mid table.
Third season coming up between 5 and 7 new sighings to add to a talented squad
Players will leave as they have done before no one players is bigger than the club
A Chairman and board of fans that have made the club financially sound.
A European adventure next season.
A cup won
A system of scouting managers to be ready when a current manager leaves
New training ground
New training complex work to start soon
Expansion of the stadium that will not get too big, too soon

Can you really say that with confidence?, when you havent played us for two seasons, you have never played in the Premier League, You finances are have more secrets than MI5,Your Chairman even embarrises his own fans, You club has been robbed of its identity.

I really worry for you. I hope your overcofidence will not be your undoing.

our style of football was more suited to the prem though , when you start whacking the long balls down premier defenders throats watch how much quicker you have it being run back at you
