There first team are all from their academy, something I would like to see at cardiff in the next ten years, producing local lads who could be legends at the club, what's better than having local lads being at a club for their whole career? Look at scholes, giggs, Neville and more. It would be fantastic and after reading Annis post about German football it made me wonder why don't we adopt a similar approach, be the centre of Welsh football, owning half the first team. A dream that is possible.

You have to find the talent first. When has wales ever produced that many top players? I'm all for getting more welsh players into the team but they have to be good enough to be in there

Even if only 1 academy player broke through to the senior team each season at this level, then our academy will be worth its weight in gold
