Having been through this more times than I care to remember over recent years, my advice is to completely ignore the betting markets on new managers.
The market is so small than any sort of half reasonable amount of money placed on a candidate shortens his odds far more dramatically than you would see on other markets.
The bookies won't have a clue who is likely to get the job until they suddenly get a surge of heavy bets and the odds then go heavy odds on and then the market is generally suspended.

Noticed someone on Twitter who put £10 on Malky at 33/1 after receiving "inside info," but didn't think much of it. Still not sure.

Poyet has a £2.5m price on his head and I have a feeling Brighton will 'manouvre' things to ensure they get something out of any move to Everton, despte his current 'suspension'
Keep an eye out for Phil Neville with a mentor but don't bet on Malky despite the odds. Confident he will be at FC Dinas Caredydd come August

The odds are all to pot. Minor bets can hange them.
You can get 16-1 with Coral on Malky getting the Everton job. you can also get 16-1 on Laudrup getting the Real Madrid job.
