Gotta be carefull signing big name players at the mo I reckon anyway QPR are great example you got some players on 20k a week others on 150k a week in same starting lineup I believe that could cause problems between players and ruin team spirit I think we should work our way up step by step gradually keeping a balance within the squad intill you get the point where everyones on big wages and everyones a top premier league class player!
