Must we wait for our first signing?I think the first signing will tell us what sort of player MM wants for the premier.I'm quite impatient, how about you?

Last summer was great seeing all the class players coming in! Especially the last day of the transfer window and the "is he, isn't he going to sign" saga with maynard that went right up to the last minute Lol it was tense because we never really new if we were going to get players in due to not strengthening in the previous january, so there was that doubt. This summer I'm not at all impatient or nervous, because I'm certain we will be signing new players :ayatollah:

When contracts are coming to an end, they normally end on the 30th June so any signing of that type that we go for would sign on July 1st, that is not a concern to us if we buy a player

Most players/staff are on holidays and contracts usually end on May 31st so should be interesting from early June, as I am sure Malky will have done his homework and have 'his' players in his sights already :ayatollah:

Let the guy do his job and we'll be fine :malky:

As Igoverner says above , player contracts mostly run to the end of June , not the end of May. The idea behind that is that players have a bit of paid time to find another club if they are told their contracts are not going to be renewed at the end of a season.

Malky and the recruitment staff already have a list of targets and have a plan b and c. They will study each player look at thier records and background to see if it will improve the group we have now :ayatollah:

I'm made to believe that malkys list has been given to VT and he has given the go ahead for ALL the tagets on the list, (that does'nt mean we'll get them all mind) new players can't come through the door until july 1st anyway, and what's to say that we hav'nt already signed up a player or two just because they have not been announced yet??????
