If I was Malky I would definitely take the job, Everton are huge in comparison to Cardiff and they're an established top 10 Premier League club. How would Malky know that any of what you said was going to happen? The future is unpredictable and it's all about taking risks. There's more chance that he'd get sacked here because there's more chance of getting relegated, and we all know that Tan wants success.
