"Just had an Email update from Companies House advising of two charges registered against CCFC Holdings having been discharged by full settlement on 26 April.

Both charges (numbers 6 and 7) were in favour of Data Chan Tien Ghee which would indicate that the loans he put in personally as part of the investment in the club in August 2010 have now been paid off."

Can only mean good news, PMG being sorted soon as well. Sound financial footing it seems?

Does it say (or do you know) if this is debt paid off, as in cleared, or has VT paid it off himself and added it to his debt?

Hopefully it is debt cleared (reducing total debt) rather than debt being moved around so total debt is staying the same.

Don`t know who paid it , just that it has been settled. Which is why I said in my original post that TG had been paid off , not by whom. The heading above is slightly misleading in that "Cardiff City settle TG debt" is not how I worded it on Mike`s board - lost in translation a bit in copying and pasting it over here.
