Real alternative regarding the colours

I dont have to tell you how much I hate the rebrand and how I feel seeing us in red and that beermat. However, I stated at the beginning of the conflict we should look for an alternative, if Tan so much insists on red and the dragon my first thought was getting a shirt with red and blue. But tbh they all look sh1te...

Then I thought maybe we could play 50% of our home games in red, the rest in blue or whenever games are televised in Asia play in red, all other days in blue.
Doesn't work, as most games are shown in Asia and I heard the league insists on one home colour.


Well, I just heard these days what German club Bayer Leverkusen are doing now:

Their colours are red and black, but their supporters were divided if they'd prefer a red or a black shirt. The traditional colour is red but somehow black sells better and is more fav. with their younger fans.


So they came up with this:

this year's red home shirt becomes the away shirt for next season, with the club introducing a new black home shirt for 13/14. This black kit will become the new away strip for 14/15, whilst they will have a red home shirt for that season...

They'll also have an alternative 3rd kit (this term all white) in case of a colour clash away from home (eg when they play red/black striped Frankfurt)


That way both sides are happy, and imo this would be a real alternative for us as well:

12/13 we played red home, blue away
13/14 blue home, red away
14/15 red home, blue away
etc

plus a 3rd shirt in a neutral colour to avoid colour clashes...


That's the kit sorted, now the badge:

beermat is totally unacceptable, but a compromise like Karl's designs would be the only solution imo...

You could well be right, In recent days I've either had an epiphany or I am indeed mentally ill. I wonder if all of us pro reds are mentally ill? Or maybe we've all been the victims of mass brainwashing. Any other red lovers out there care to comment? I don't mind saying, I'm confused.

NOOOOOOOO!!! He can't do that now! We are red, I've been fighting against red for a year, I finally see the light (or I've succumbed to mental illness) and become a red and a blue hater, and now he says he might "compromise".
