Not bad, but deep down he must know he hasn't really contributed so I wonder how much the medals really mean to him?

Could you really brag? I mean I'd love to have all those medals but when people asked how many times you played, and you said 7, you'd be a bit embarrassed.

I understand what you mean but its a squad game
Surely him training with the other goalkeepers and pushing them to keep there place is helping the team ?
Him playing in early stage cup games is keeping the #1 keeper fit and rested for the bigger games
He is a big personality and will be good to have in the changing room
He allways keeps his head down and doesn't moan or step out of line he is a good role model for younger players
To me just those reasons make him deserve the medals
Top bloke and a top keeper should be a number 1 somewhere IMO

Apparently he didn't get a premier league medal because he didn't play in enough matches. Also he wasn't on the bench for the first FA Cup win and the community shield win (Hilario instead) so he only has one FA Cup medal.

Still 1 FA Cup, 1 Champions league and 1 Europa league medal isn't bad.

Getting those medals and only being a back up is still an achievement, probably more of an achievement than going to play for Celtic and winning medals there.

Chelsea have been fortunate that Peter Cech has been able to play most of their games the last few seasons.

Turnball ( IMO ) Is a shocking keeper, from what i saw from his Cardiff City days.
