Season Ticket Cards?

Does anybody know when they send the season tickets out by? And do you have to sort a photo I.d out or anything or can you just go down and pick your season ticket up on a match day or whatever?

I haven't renewed a season ticket and not got one for a few seasons so I'm guessing I need a new photo?

What happens with the photo I.d tho? Can they send them out without a photo do you need one or not?

They usually get sent out in August. Think you need a photo. Give the ticket office a call, they will be able to advise. They had a camera in the office to take photos last season. Either that, or a passport style photo

Ah right, what they do then mate just send you out your card in the post with no photo?

They do prefer that you have a photo on the card. You can email a pic of yourself to tickets@cardiffcityfc.co.uk , tell them your name and fan no. and they should sort it for you.
