Drogba at one point.
Messi, Ronaldo, obviously Fraizer Campbell.
You do wonder though if there should be a wider class system for players similar to cars.
Player, quality player, world class and hyper player. Rooney, Suarez, Kompany, Vidic, may all be world class but Messi and Ronaldo are hyper class.

Rooney is nowhere near world class, he couldn't lace Velikonjas boots.

There's a good few "World class" players at the moment but Messi and Ronaldo are on another level to them. You can't bring Bale, Ibra, Van Persie etc into the same breath as the other two because they are lightyears behind them.

In terms of current players
Goalkeepers- Buffon, Nuer, Cassilas( probably spelt wrong),Joe hart if he returns to form and Cech also used to be but ain't as good as he once was
Fullbacks- Lahm and that's it Ashley Cole used to be
Centre backs- Kompany, Chellini and Silva Vidic used to be a lot of others are very good
Midfielders/ wingers- Bale,Ronaldo, Inesta and Pirlo. Xavi used to be lots of others are very good e.g. Yaya Toure, Mata , silva , Robben and many others
Strickers- Messi, Falcao, Ibra and RvP lots of others are very good
All just my opinions

One of the problems is that World Cup level football, isn't the most important competition in football any more. Club football is the pinnacle.

Giggsy....
I know he is at the end of his career, but he has the odd cameo and can you name a player who is still playing that can match his honours list?
