So what's your opinion? If the stand is extended for next season to let's say 30,000 do you believe we comfortable sell out every game for example Fulham on Tuesday night? (Excluding cup games)

Yes def in the Premier League, but if we ever got relegated,I would dread to see how empty we would be then.

Easily, we will be attracting loads even if its foreign fans.
In all honesty for Aways people can say what grounds they want but I will go to any ground if it's Norwich or a rubbish ground.

Craven Cottage is a neutral end, I doubt they would have a limit on games for that considering the friendly nature of Fulham.

we got 35 000 in divison two 30 years ago ,50 years ago 45000 ,so why cant we get 35k 40k 45k ???? cardiff and the valleys is a lot bigger than back in those times ,the sleeping giant has a woken

We can't even sell 20k in the second tier. I don't think we should expand until we sell out for at least three season. The grounds already going to be full of people watching the other team.

villa park was the worst ground ive been to as a city fan...
alot of us missed the first 15 mins as they didnt know where to put us... they marched us to the upper tier, but it couldnt take no more, all the gangways were overflowing, then they sent us to the lower level which was the same.. it was chaos and the stewards were wankers... we couldnt get to the area and they kept us in the foyer

I'm sure Fulham have a neutral area where fans are mixed together ,you'll be ok in the home end there

We'll probably have the same scenario as usual. All the seats will be sold but some people might not be able to make every game i.e. the family stand lot.

Cheers , I knew they had a neutral end just assumed they would sell out

Even if we came back down after our first season in the prem, I still think wed sell out 30k for a lot of our games....aslong as we were challenging at the top of the championship. Wed deffo fill a 30k stadium every game in the premier league
Wed May 15, 2013 11:12 am
I've been to Fulham a few times as living in London and if you celebrate a goal for an away team in the home end you will definitely be kicked out and I saw in one game a fight kick off due to away fans being in wrong end - Hammersmith End is the most boisterous. The neutral end is quite strange - mostly clearly full of away fans when the top teams are there...

I think we should expand after 1 season if we survive. The family stand is always half empty and I really hope they do something about it because it's ridiculous.
We'd easily sell 30k in the Premier League though no doubt. Cardiff is a large city with a large catchment area.

Look at that for mixed opinions, talk about a tight poll!
Wed May 15, 2013 11:45 am
We would get 30k every game if the prices dont turn stupid
Wed May 15, 2013 3:31 pm
In theory we should be able to fill a 30K seater stadium. Cardiff is the eigth biggest city in the UK (population listed at 330,000 and rising). We have a further large population of close on a million within a a twentyfive mile radius and the nearest premier league ground (exepting our West wales Friends!) is over 100 miles away. So all the indicators point to being able to sustain a 30K capacity.

I was staying up in Chelsea December & Fulham were playing Newcastle ,I looked on their website for some tickets but they wanted £45

I would've paid it for myself but not for my misses

f**k that

A wet Monday or Tuesday in winter will probably be a few short but most of the games will be sold out.

Our problem is, we have lost generations of possible city supporters to the plastic man u, liverpool, leeds etc brigade because we haven't had much to shout about on the field over the last few decades or so. Only now are people around south wales waking up to the fact that they have a perfectly good club to support right on their doorstep. Better late than never I suppose
