Let me say first of all I would be gutted if Malky went to Everton, but what is starting to wind me up personally is the talk coming from Everton first of all in saying they will not be rushed into looking for a new manager until the end of the premiership season. I get the impression from the press that we are a small club but we are a premiership club and deserve a bit more respect.
We are already in the process I would presume of preparing for the new season surely with all the speculation with Malky we cannot look at the targets that have been surely identified until Malky's situation is sorted out, The problem I see is that if we are put into the position of looking for a new manager that will take 2week to a month and before we know it we at the start of pre season.
What ever you think of the owners and their rebranding they have given Malky the tools to deliver promotion and I know loyality in football is not great but surely Malky owes it to the club and the supporters to make a statement if he is commited to the club.
