managers should be forced to honour contracts

the managerial merry go round has become a farce

I can't think of anything worse than a manager who doesn't want to be here and has a mind on another club.

should just be on a year contract really! clubs only put them on 4/5 year deals so they can claim a large compensation deal if someone else wants them!
