Should malky be stopped from bringing any new players until he decides where he wants to be?Another manager might want a different kind of player to Malky

I don't think malky should spend our money until his future is sorted it would be unfair on the new man if malky decide's to leave

No, Malky can give us quality and you all know that so I'd let him buy as many as possible before going if he was to.

Pre agreements can be done. A transfer is not official until signed off by the governing football body when the transfer window opens. Therefore, a pre agreement is not an actual binding contract and carries no weight until the window opens and is signed off. However, pulling out of a deal over such an issue would be bad business practice and embarrassing and I doubt any club would want such a thing becoming public knowledge.
