' The Everton Job '

Mon May 13, 2013 6:05 pm

I believe Martinez will be offered the Everton Job and when asked will take it.

Yes Malky is on there list, but they want Martinez and Everton will get their man.
Yes I do believe Malky would accept the job, if they offered him it and who could blame him, bigger club, bigger history and we are many many years behind them.

We have no where near their potential at this current time, not for another 10-20 years, some believe different, but maybe they havent been around as long as they say. Everton are Massive, were still growing and a lot of our fans have not had any real heartbreaks yet or a few miserable seasons.

As to the Jack manager, I honestly dont think they are even thinking about him.

Who do you think will be the New Wigan Boss?

If Brighton win tonight you will have Zola or poyet taking a club into the premiership next season. I believe either of them might be more attractive to Everton than Malky

Still believe Everton will appoint from within and if you go by the odds it's going to be Alan Stubbs. 9 of the last 14 Everton managers have been ex players so that says it all to me.

Wigan really need a miracle to avoid relegation and even if Saint Bob Of Martinez wants to jump ship I don't think he is "British" enough to get the job.

Everton are still an old fashioned British football club and are pretty much set in thier ways so the manager will come from within or be British.

Martinez is nailed on to be the next Everton manager, Malky will be flattered, who would,nt be Everton are a huge football club. Just a little pointer how switched on they are, and how far we need to adapt regarding marketing the Bluebirds, just one hour yes one hour, after David Moyes had excepted the Man Utd job, Everton had emailed thier whole database of fans offering them the new DVD titled "Moyes top ten" which is a DVD compilation of David Moyes favourite ten matches that he has been in charge of during his reign at Goodison Park, speed and quality is everything in the Premier League, and not just on the pitch :ayatollah: :old: :ayatollah:

Thats only because when Everton were relegation fodder they only had ex-players who wanted the job. Completely different now

If Malky stays with us, then I'm prepared to put a small amount of money on us finishing above Everton in the Premier League next year. There are too many players in that club who only seem to play well for Moyes, and without him there they will underperform or ask to move elsewhere. Added to that he will at least take Fellaini and Baines with him to Man Utd, players that cannot be easily replaced, never mind his back room staff.

Moyes has built a good team, but without him at the helm I can see them struggling.

I would also place a wager on Malky replacing Moyes. At Man Utd in about 2 or 3 years time. :malky:

its definately the right time for martinez to test himself at a big club, he shunned villa and liverpool, no more excuses now he needs to take it up a level. should be an interesting PL next season as i cant see any team dominating but maybe 5 or 6 who could win it, even everton and liverpool.....

Annis would be lovely if we do keep MM, but as for Martinez ,he may just think he owes it to his boss & Wigan to try get them right back up .

So a club that has been in the top tier for nearly 60 years having won the league 4 times, finished top 4 on another 10 occasions, top 8 on another 18 occasions whilst clubs like Chelsea, Man Utd, Man City, Spurs, Newcastle, Leeds have been relegated you now class as relegation fodder.

Do you understand the term "Relegation Fodder" :? I don't think so.
