MALKY MOVING? KEEP IT REAL PLEASE

Mon May 13, 2013 6:24 am

When Malky left Watford he took with him who he wanted and brought them to Cardiff. This was a club that he had deep affection for.
He is a professional football manager and will give only the amount of loyalty that he can expect in return.
Imagine three quarters the way through next season and we are heading for relegation do you really think Malkys position would be secure? He'd be gone with a fond farewell for everything that he had done for us. Plus of course a couple of years contract pay off money

The longevity of Sir Alex and David Moyes at their clubs was the exception not the rule.

I dont want Malky to go but if offered the Everton job I would expect him to take it as it moves him into bigger money and a more stable Premiership safety net than we could offer in our first season.

For us fans its our life and our passion........for the average football manager its just like being offered a promotion at work................WHY WOULD YOU SAY NO?

Here here pal anyone who says he wouldnt go or why would he go he loves us needs to wake the f**k up, hes just a manager no diffrent to a player if it wasnt for his PR skills people wouldnt be saying such things because most half decent managers would have got us up with that budget to be fair and like you said people will be asking for the sack in 8months time no doubt if we are in the bottom three so who could blame him :ayatollah:

Unfortunately that is the harsh reality of it. Somebody as ambitious as Malky would be gone in a heartbeat and who could blame him. :(

The biggest problem we have is the timing of it all.
Everton have said they are going to take their time choosing their new manager.
IF he do go, than lets hope it's sooner rather than later, so we can get someone else in, to put their mark on the team pre-season.
I obviously would rather him stay and finish what he's doing though.

It's not him saving that's the real problem, it's that the club are between a rock and a hard place and need to know where they stand. The less prep time for a new manager into next season we get is gong to have terrible effects on us long term.

Malky had the chance to end that last night he didnt, fine if he wants to go he should. But he club needs to put itself first nw because fix in three weeks he is the new Everton Manager and Cardiff have to wait another three weeks to get a new manager in it'll make next season even tougher.
