We would of had the edge over a few teams going into next season as I know he would of wanted to kickstart the campaign asap
and get as many early deals as possible,
apart from unsettling the players and possibly coming in and taking staff and maybe 1 or 2 players,
If we bring in the wrong type of manager based on managerial ability and not the concepts that got us to the premier league
mental strength, teamwork and togetherness.
This could turn into a disaster... I state could, that will depend on who comes in

i have no doubt that if Malky left he would be looking to take Kerslake and a lot of his back room team with him.
This seems to be the trend nowadays. Redknapp takes Joe Jordan with him everywhere, Mark Hughes has Bowen and that goalkeeping coach whose name I can't spell.
And for his first signing at Everton........remember where you heard it first.
DON COWIE!

Always a concern of mine is when a manager has all of his own backroom staff, I understand he needs people around him he can trust but when a manager leaves and takes all the staff with him, he also takes the philosophy of the club with him.

Yes, and all sense of continuity disappears meaning the club has to go back to square one and start all over again with a bedding-in period required.
