Am I the only one who doesn't care if Malky stays or goes.....
Pro's - Continuity, fans onside, hit every objective thrown at him, maybe the real deal, good with the media
Cons - Never managed or played (I think) in the premiership, formulaic tactics, spent more than others championship clubs, good with the media
Obviously I would love him to stay but won't spend any time worrying about him leaving. £3 million buys a lot premier know how.
As for Everton one of his "pro's" is the no ego team ethos but that may soon turn into a "con" in one of the worlds top paying clubs.

I don't think he'll go anywhere, the 24hr instant media spinning everything. But, the sheer panic in some of the posts on both main forums is near hysteria. If he goes, as DJ would say we dust ourselves down and look to the next chapter, lots of experienced guys out there.
If he did go, would Martinez's Jack background worry you ?

I wont be bothered if he goes.
That is because I dont think he is good enough to keep us up. I said that about him getting us up so I could be proved wrong again. Somehow I think I could be right more this time.

Wasn't he playing at Watford when they were up? I'm not too sure either on that..
But I would care if he left!

I fully believe he will/would keep us up so I'm hoping he stays.
If he goes it depends on who replaces him. No one about that I think could do a better job.

Would like to see him working with us in the premier but if he goes then so be it.Swansea lost Rogers to Liverpool and alot of people thought they 'd get relegated, but they've come back even stronger with laudrup.

Listen, I am a Malky sceptic and have been for a while. BUT I appreciate that sacking a manager that has got us up will send this club into free fall. Why would you accept an unpredictable summer before our biggest season for a long time. We sack him now lord knows who we are going to end up with, if we line someone up then sack him that will send a terrible message to the players.

No one is talking about sacking him but if he goes to Everton.

For me it's not just about how he manages the team on matchday.
I think Malky has a vision for the club and he has changed our club from top to bottom. He has installed a scouting network, medical team, advanced our academy, and is playing a big part in our new training facilities.
add to that he is probably in advanced talks with summer targets and then yes I do believe it could be a disaster if he left

I never said sack him
But the hysterical fretting about him leaving is similar to angst ridden teenage break ups

Fair enough but do you think we will play a similar style with better players next season?

Did he really spend that much? If you take out Etien and Maynard it's only like £5 mil I think.

I honestly don't know mate. I truly think that malky knew the formula to get us out of the championship and it worked. I hope that Malky will change the style a little in the top flight and with extra quality I do believe he can do that.
one thing I will say is that he is willing to learn and he has shown that by the way he leans on so many other managers for advice.
