MALKY

Sun May 12, 2013 11:35 am

I am so hoping he decides to stay with us and finish the job he's started.

My post regarding potential rocked a few boats, but I still hope that he weighs up the situation and takes the challenge of taking us to our full potential and what an achievement that would be, to be honest I am more concerned the Celtic lure will be the one that takes him from us, he is such a proud Scott and whilst I can't see the attraction of managing playing or watching the Scottish League setup (no disrespect meant) I'm sure Malky see's things differently.

I reiterate my earlier post about Everton being at the best level they can hope for without massive investment and yes maintaining that position alone would be a huge challenge, but I just hope he'd be more interested in getting us up to around that level or to at least the best level our potential justifies.

Been having my regular blue or red debates on here again this morning, but to be honest and this is just a personal view and we are all different, losing Malky would hurt me more than a colour change ever could, mad perhaps, but just how it is in my head. :old:

If Cardiff City had Everton's history, would we be as big a club as Everton. We will never know. 51 years of top flight football with several honours on the way, I think we would be quite a big club.

We all want Blue to different degrees.

I would prefer to chip away at VT's views and try to convert him to a Blue.

I would like to see the trust start by saying to VT, your playing in Red at home, how about playing in blue away. Then next step work on improving the badge.

If there was a straight choice of keeping Malky and the red kit and dragon badge remain or Malky going and the blue kit and bluebird reinstated, with a new manager, I would take the second choice. :ayatollah:

What if it was Keeping Malk and the red kit, but also free tea and biscuits at every game, would that clinch the deal. ;)

In all honesty mate, I think it's yourself that might be more influenced by tea and biscuits, ice creams etc than myself
