O/T MAN OF STEEL SPOILER

Not long now until Zack Snyder and Christopher Nolans adaptation of Superman hits the big screens.

The plot will be based on an new origins storyline. Whatever you know and have seen in previous adaptations you can forget.
There will be no Kryptonite rocks or Lex Luther masterminding his destruction(in this movie anyway).
The film will mainly focus on the fact the world has realised there is an extra-terrestrial among them. This will take a large portion of the movie.We have seen in the trailers Clark in handcuffs and being interviewed. I assume he is being restrained to show he is no threat and is not a threat to the Human population.
General Zod played by the brilliant Michael Shannon is the film Bad guy.
He survives the destruction of Krypton by his Prison Ship which has been converted into a Warship.
He uses this Ship, with other prisoners to pursue and destroy the last son of Krypton and only living member of the Family that incarcerated him.
This will give Zal-el the chance to prove his worth to the Earth and Destroy his Deadly Foe.

Fairplay, it does look fantastic judging by the clip I seen of it. Loved the original superman films with christopher reeves. They were comedy gold! But the last reboot of the franchise, superman returns was utter gash. Judging by what I've seen and read about "man of steal" it seems like they've taken a leaf out of the new batman films, and made it into a quite serious.. rather dark interpretation of the superman tale. There's a film that's due out for release later this year, that I'm seriously looking forward to called "gravity" I watched a trailer of it on youtube and it looks absolutely stunning.
