Don't understand why the away end will be extended because we are not expanding the stadium yet. :?

Premier League rules, I think we have to give a larger proportion to away fans.

It will be blue , I think deep down Tan knows he has made a mistake but wont change us back to blue as he would see it as a weakness on his part him being wrong

If we get an expansion we will have red seats. The 2nd tier on the Ninian Stand will be red and they will change the 2nd tier above the Grandstand to red so they look the same.

Just an opinion though.

What will happen in the concourse, will city fans lose a bar or toilets to the away enclosure? I've never been down that end, dunno what the set up is.

I'll get back to you on that when I've checked with the toilet monitor.

The away fans extension could clearly be seen from level 4 yesterday, but what about the extra 1.000 or so new seat's for the new forthcoming season? Is this project still happening??

Yes Rick, Borley mentioned it yesterday, but don't expect huge increases, but work will ensure we get over 27,000...maybe by filling in two corners of the stadium which are currently used to access the pitch...that would still leave us with two large access points to the pitch for machinery etc.

Premier league rules stated away fans are entitled to a minimum of 3000 tickets. If we can increase our away end capacity we won't have to lose so much of our current home seats.

Have they really been THAT lazy as to not move all the letters a bit so the last F is full sized?

I don't think it's 3,000 minimum. I always gathered it was 10% of the stadium's capacity, making our new away end 2,700.

At least 10% or 3,000 whatever is the lowest. But a club can give more than 3,000 if they wish.

How many more seats is that?

Tan could appease some of us, with an initiative to reinstate a standing terrace like German clubs.

No he couldn't, it's against FA Rules. It's brought back for all clubs or none.

It's an initiative, in otherwords intiate procedings to reinstate standing. I think there's a mood for it just need an outspoken chairman to get the ball rolling.

There is already an initiative running and is signed up to by 23 clubs.

Cardiff City signed up to it on 3rd Dec 2012. We were already under VT's ownership at that time.

VT could take a personal interest in furthering the public discussion, rather than talking about Bluebirds as disposable consumers, What you reckon?

Has the white lettering been changed? The 'F' looks really small.

if you look closely, it also looks like an extra set of darker seats have gone all the way around the back, of the 3 stands, also at the top of the aisles there are now 2 seats

Am I right in thinking Southampton have done the same thing since their promotion? Their away end is now a lot bigger that what it was in the Championship. :ayatollah:
