I really do hope he stays,but the silence from him is deafening, he's obviously giving it serious consideration or awaiting a formal approach, other managers have ruled themselves out, gutted Malky hasn't done the same.

I'm hoping Malky stays, wouldn't hold it against him if he didn't, and I'm confident we would be an attractive prospect to other managers if he does leave!

My honest view is he really needs to let the club know his ambition with Cardiff City because the only looser would be us. He can't build the team now and fook off leaving another manager with not his team. We need a Manager that will commit for this season and now.
If Malky leaves now he can go and will wish him well and i hope we stuff Everton good and proper. We need to build now and if Malky is likely to jump at any point this season it is best to replace him now, even if he hasen't got a club.

totally agree with he should come out an make a statement concerning if he will be with us next season,as that will give the board time to get a manager in an to build for next season.
