Yes he got us promoted but how many managers at this level with the backing he had would have got us promoted ?
Is he better than say , holloway, poyet or Zola ?

We've got a bit of a love in with him because he's great with the fans and has been successful but is he really that good ?

He's young and unproven really, but what a way to start your managerial career hey.... How can you judge him this early?
Yes I think he will become a successful manager, and hopefully with us.

This can only be answered when his career is over surely?

But what can be said is that he has made an impressive start to his career.

We only lost 9 games in each of his two seasons with us and as no manager has lost fewer than 9 games in a 46 match season to do it 2 seasons in a row says something.

Add to that the fact that we scored the first goal in more matches than any other team in the Championship, again in both seasons, and this season we had the highest number of clean sheets says everything you need to know.

Holloway, Poyet and Zola were all behind him this season so yes in my opinion he is the business, the absolute dogs bollocks.

Yes he is very good. Money does not mean top finish. Look at Man City this year.

Considering the amount of money they spent and all the class players they have they should be ten points clear at the top of the premiership.

Malky has not only brought a championship champion team together. He's brought fantastic proffesionalism to the club, a really good team spirit and build a strong relationship with the fans - in a season which left a lot of fans very tender after the rebrand etc.

Not many like him and he is the best manager cardif city could hope to have.

He's only going to get better as well

Still young and has alot of time on his side to get better as a top manager.

This is the same man who kept is top of the league from mid Nov

Look at Leicester, spent a lot as well, yet they only scraped a play off place this year and failed in the last two seasons. Also we've set the record for being top of the league for the longest period (somewhen in November).
