He goes, Everton are still one of the big 6 clubs size wise, with a great history and tradition, he was always going to cut his teeth at a club like ours size wise, and if he did well then the big clubs were always going to come a calling :old:

Personally I think it's a little bit too early in his career to take up the Everton job, maybe if he does a good job down here next season he may move to pastures anew the season after.

I don't think any reasonable City fan would blame Malky, if he went to Everton. Personally though, I think he should test the water with us first, to see if he can succeed in the Prem. :malky:

everton are a big club, without a big budget. they will do well to finish in the top 10 next year. we have money to spend, and ambitions to grow, everton on the other hand at best will stand still for the next 5 years, i know what i'd do if i was in malky's shoes and thats to stay and continue the job here.

How is this a sticky!!!

Why don't we just drive him up there! :?

I'll give you 3 reasons why Malky should turn down Everton

1) Because the only way is down for Everton. Moyes has done a superb job keeping them in around the top 6, and unless they've got some major investment around the corner this surely can't continue.

2) He will probably get more money too invest on his squad at Cardiff than at Everton and though Everton obviously have better players at the moment, some of these may very well follow Moyes out of the door.

3) The fact that he will have a small budget won't affect Everton fans expectations who will still expect them to finish in the top 6, whereas survival will be deemed success for us. :malky: :malky:

3 reasons why he would go.

Their squad doesn't need heavy investment it is already a top 10 squad, whilst ours needs loads of investment.

Like it or not Everton is one of the big clubs in England and he is bound to raise his profile by becoming their manager.

You never say no to a better job in football management.
