I like ML, you get the feeling he is in the job for reasons other than some of the other more "mercenary" types. Sort of chap that you can trust in his word.
Malky needs to get his finger out and say something, the longer this goes on, the worst it gets.
Also, dont let him go for an interview and not get the job, thats what Rogers was trying to avaoid doing, as you become manager at your club for the wrong reasons if you dont get the job

Difference is though that Brendan stayed silent when all the speculation was mounting last year. Glad Michael has come out along with his agent and commented on it.
If Malky stays, the board need to insert a hefty clause in Malkys contract, as if he is a success next season then clubs will come knocking.
