We must get used to this.....

Fri May 10, 2013 12:33 pm

When you are a successful club, as we now are, we will have sides interested in our players and managers. Swansea have had it for a few seasons and now it is our turn.

It is unsettling but the reality is that w en though conversations may take place most people tend to stay where they are.

In the last 10 years how many managers have had odds of 2/1 or less to replace Fergie. LOTS!!! and none of them hot the job

Everton are a reasonably sized club but I think Cardiff have the potential to be bigger. With the structure that we have in place and the support of Tan Sri I personally would be surprised to see MM go.

If Malky goes, we have to get a manager even better than him, a manager happy with all the added staff, i.e. Head of Recruitment, Development etc. The foundations are already set. The next appointment if Malky goes is one of the biggest in the clubs history, because we could either spiral down the Football League or go onto big success.
