I have an office conversion to apartments project in Newport that I require tenders for. It is a medium size job so probably won't suit any one man bands.

Work to start in a month and is approximately a 12 to 16 week gig.

I'm hoping the builder will already have the full range of tradesmen to undertake the whole project.
