First game of the season, Swansea at home.

Cardiff City in all red, Swansea in their new all blue away kit.

How would you feel if somebody sanded your ass down and then threw salt and vinegar over it ?

Its not going to happen so no need to worry nor contemplate it.

It was a rhetorical question.

Me too.

Be sad though wouldn't it. Us playing at home in all red with the worst badge in the history of football, and our bitterest rivals playing in blue.

Not even the worse badge in our recent history IMO.

Put it this way I'm not going to think about what kits will be on show for months. I don't like the red but its done and will remain. I'm going to the game to enjoy it not to worry about kit colours.

I would think it is strange but I wouldnt get emotional over it.

Would you rather us in blue and them in white and swansea win, or us in red and swansea in blue and we win ?

The first one all day long, it's not even on the same scale. Our identity is far, far more important than the result of one game, regardless of the opposition.

It's not going to change.
We now play in red.
I don't like it, but why do some keep going on and on about it?
You won't change it.
Adapt or walk away were my thoughts.

Our identity is now red.
History shows we changed.
I don't like it, but I won't try to change anything, as it will be a waste of my time.

What would you do if he changed our name to Cardiff Red Dragons?

He has not changed the name though has he?
We are and always will be CCFC.
Bastardisation of identity, yes I suppose you maybe right, but it is now a new identity. Something I doubt any fan can do anything about.
You can keep on about the Titanic sinking too but it's not going to help you either.
Still, keep stamping your feet if you like, it's your time you're wasting in my opinion.(as much as I would like blue back)

lose to Swansea if we played in a blue kit.

The original version of that which didn't have the clubs name on yes.
Ridsdale later changed it and rightly so.

You're now in a minority (despite the vocal rumblings of one or two) mate

Give it a rest and move on (or state your real agenda) because all I see is someone who doesn't understand what has really happened to our club in recent times, i.e. near extinction and obscurity ;) :ayatollah:

At the end of the day, the very fact we are playing the Jacks on level terms, i.e in the Premier League, should be enough incentive to simply 'get behind' the team and give them as much shit as you are giving people on here! :ayatollah:

Wear red and your a red loving fan who has given up...
Wear blue and refuse red and criticise any fan who wears red....
I know which one i would chose if I had to make a decision...
Why can't some fans just accept that,No Fan wanted the change, But their support for the club is stronger than anything else.
