Cup Competitions or Premier League?

It's safe to say, although he'll never admit it, Malky threw away both the F.A. and the Capital One Cup this season in order to win us promotion.
Do you think the same thing will happen next year to give us the best chance of survival in the PL or will we give them a crack once again?

F.A cup yeah. League cup no. Premier league club now, so imo we got a chance of lifting the fa cup... All be it a smallish chance with our main priority being to stay in the league. I couldn't give a flying fuk about the league cup, but the FA cup I hope we give it a real good go

Priority is staying in the league , if it meant us going out in 1st round and us staying in the Premier League I would take that

I hope we don't get a cup run next season because we can't afford to play extra games while we try to survive in the Premier League. Maybe if we can become an established PL team we could try and get on a cup run while we are safely in the league table.

Less games in the Premier league,the FA Cup does not start until jan for us

The squad should be stronger next season...so why not use our squad to the full

why are so many going on about 'Surviving' next season FFS have some faith.

I want to win everything so lets go for it. We seem to have a large squad ATM and if it is added to over the summer then some players will need game time.

The League and FA Cups are great competitions and in a perfect world we would beat Liverpool in the LC final and Portsmouth in the FA Cup final to achive a historic double

Staying up is the important thing screw the cups, we gota build ourselves a good status

You can't call it 'Throwing away' the youngsters have to face the task that is playing against older experienced players and need to be introduced to the proper game.. Fielding youngsters is giving them chance to show if their up to the standard of the league we are in... Our youngsters are meant to be Championship standard.. Premier even so they should be beating the lower league teams if their willing to be the standard of Championship/Premier.
