I honestly believe he needs to stay at Cardiff for one more season before leaving.

he's done so much at Cardiff behind the scenes that I believe he will want to see the job out before leaving, but maybe I'm being biased because Everton are a regarded as a big club and it is a big step up from us if where're all be honest
