Everton's manager problem

Wed May 08, 2013 1:44 pm

Martinez will most likely be offered the job first but he has turned down jobs numerous times before.

Laudrup is probably second on the list. The Jacks are now in Europe and have just won something so he's most likely going to turn it down.

Third in line, according to the bookies, is Malky. Lets just hope he chooses the same option as the first two if it gets to this stage.

Thats why im worried at the moment because Martinez has form for turning down job offers and I truly dont believe Laudrup will leave Swansea if the job is offered to him.

The best case scenario now is Wigan do go down and Martinez decides to jump ship. Lets hope Rambo sticks the final nail in their coffin on Tuesday. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

The bookies 'broke' the news of David Moyes apparently imminent appointment as Manchester United boss - now they put Roberto Martinez in at Goodison

Dave Whelan won't stand in his way either. Everton are a real big club.

Freedman and Lawrence would by a shout if malky goes to everton and takes the back room with him.
I hope he stays with us for years but we need to build a legacy (use mcphail/bellamy etc)
This is why the jacks always have a club man on hand -they never have a gaping hole when their managers get starry eyed and f**k off, taking some back room with them.

Has everyone forgot Martin O'Neill. I think he will be wanted at Everton.
