Tonights development game

Difficult to believe this but that was thew most entertaining game I have seen this season.
The commitment shown by both teams was impressive with a couple of players from both teams looking like they have played first team football. The only player I have seen a few times was Nugent and although he has impressed me when playing first team football he was not one of the outstanding guys tonight. There were some useful players out there tonight but I don't know who they are.
The first half I felt we edged it. We went 1-0 down from a set piece free kick. Leicester had the height advantage I felt and use that to score there goal. We had the speed advantaged and used that down our left wing for our goal that was scored by Velkonja from a perfect cross by our left winger.
Second half we dominated although we went behind 2-1 from to me was a scrappy goal. A dribbler of a shot just outside the area that looks like slow motion as it crossed the line. However our equaliser was just as scrappy and it came from a grass cutter corner that Joe Ralls poked in.
The winner was only a matter of time as we took hold of the game. Be it fitness or maturity we totally dominated as the game reached it climax and the winner came from Oshilaja who pounced on the ball inside the area to hammer it home. Definitely deserved goal and the unity of the team showed in the celebrations.
Great game to watch and was worth going to.

great report and sounded like a good game bakedalasker
it's hard to believe my lad was playing with ralls , nugent and Oshilia just 18 months ago and look where they are now knocking on the door of the first team

i know the lad started with darlington but haven't ruled my own eyes over him yet to pass judgement

It wasn't an own goal it was a sharp near post header from Velikonya.

Velkonja definitely got the first goal.
The second goal no one in the stand could really say who scored it but the announcer gave it to Ralls.
The winning goal clearly belonged to Oshilaja.

The announcer must have thought it went straight in from the corner then.
