aol/talk talk

Anybody on this forum have aol broadband in the valleys? Ebbw vale/ merthyr area? Anyone experiencing problems with the internet going off for hours ? Rang 3 times did all the crap they told me and they cant find anything

First of all mate I would change your micro filter the white box that splits up your home phone and broadband, if that dose not work then I would unscrew your phone socket to see if you have a test socket behind the front plate. If you find a socket plug the micro filter in to it, and if it still dosent work you then know that there is a problem with the line. Also I'd you don't have a socket behind it you then know it's the line again.
