With hindsight we were promoted....

After beating Blackburn on apr 1st, our 39th game, we had 78 points. 7 games spare. Amazing

After drawing with Watford we had secured the title on goal difference but the game against Barnsley secured it. 5 games spare to win the title. Even more amazing

Glad we had a good start to the season as our recent form is very mediocre.

We played the situation. Lost none of our last 8 and the gap we had over 2nd didn't close.

Remember how stressed we were way back then, little did we know we had already done it when we went to Watford.

I knew we were promoted once we hit 80 points to be honest but didn't want to tempt fate. I've done it numerous times in the past and i've been made to pay for it.
