' NEWPORT V WREXHAM NOT GOOD '

Not good in my opinion less than 15,000 tickets sold for the biggest prize in Non-League Football, a place in the Football League in this Sundays game at Wembley.

I honestly thought both would of sold at least that themselves.

They can pay on the day though :ayatollah:

Can't blame them too much. The prices are crazy

If it was held at the millennium there would be at least 40,000. IMO. :ayatollah:

It's non-league football at the end of the day.

Wrexham have already been there this season remember, not long ago either. The final attendance will probably be around 20,000.

It'd probably sell out at the MillStad, loads of City fans going there before the parade :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Wrexham have already done there day out at wembley. Easy win for them sunday. Newport on the other hand will need all the support they can get.

Quite embarrassing considering Sunday League team Tunbridge Wells have sold 11,000 themselves :o :ayatollah:

At £40 a ticket and £35 for the coach to watch non league football, i can fully understand why we will only take around 10000 to Wembley for our second visit in 6 weeks. Praying for the right result as the thought of playing Hyde again rather than Portsmouth next season just does`nt bare thinking about.

Probably better to see the final attendance as you can pay on the day .

I don't understand why it couldn't have been put back a week to allow for organisation and held somewhere like St Andrews, which would have been about in the middle of both places. Charge £5 for kids and £15 for adults and get the place packed out.

Who in their right mind is going to pay £40 + £25 for a bus + £50 for food and drink to watch non-league football, unless you are an actual supporter of the club? It's scandalous. Don't forget as well that Newport played at Wembley less than 12 months ago in the FA Trophy final, so the day trippers have already had their trip to the big smoke. Under the circumstances I'll be relatively happy with 7,000 from us although it will look pathetic in Wembley!

If thats all they take between them then they may as well stay where they are, they better not come on our board jerking off again either. I did have a bit of respect for these 2 tams and really would like both back in the football league.

Lets hope the pay on the day lot turn up otherwise this could be embarrassing for Welsh football :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
