I hope so Anthony, does anyone know?

Plus anyone got this seasons away prices to all the clubs?

Re: Premier league away end ticket prices

I was told Arsenal are raising theirs to £72 but it won't apply to us just yet?

Re: Premier league away end ticket prices

Thu May 02, 2013 12:56 pm

West Ham at Arsenal was Cat A this season £68 my mate payed.

Re: Premier league away end ticket prices

Thu May 02, 2013 1:35 pm

if people are dull enough to pay it they will charge what they like. they can shove those prices.

Re: Premier league away end ticket prices

Thu May 02, 2013 1:41 pm

Look at this statement from Bayern Munich's president about season tickets

We could charge more than £104. Let's say we charged £300. We'd get £2m more in income, but what's £2m to us?

In a transfer discussion you argue about that sum for five minutes. But the difference between £104 and $300 is huge for the fan. We do not think the fans are like cows, who you milk. Football has got to be for everybody. That's the difference between us and England.

Why cant British clubs be more like this???

Who in their right mind would pay that to watch a league match?

Been scouting around the other Premier League clubs' websites for their 12/13 match ticket prices. A few have announced them so here is a list of what we can expect to be charged. Where clubs haven't confirmed which teams come under which categories, I'm using the cheapest two given it's likely that's where we'll fall under. For teams that haven't confirmed their 12/13 match ticket prices I'm using last seasons and will update the thread as & when other clubs confirm.

Excellent detective work there nanny

That £35 for the Emirates looks a little more appealing. An Arsenal fan I know tells me the Raymond Blanc fish and chips for £10 are worth saving up for though

I'm pretty sure there is no such rule.

Each club is entitled to categorise any game as it sees fit but the price for each category must be published at the start of the season.

Either way the chances of you being a Category A game, and I say this with all respect, is very low as you wouldn't be a high demand game.

The only way you may sneak in as a category A game is if the home club decide that they need to cover additional policing costs.

For what it's worth, our pricing this year is Cat A £45 Cab B £35.

Cat A games: Man Utd, Liverpool, Man city, Chelsea, Spurs, Everton.

Cat B: The rest.

Is there not a scheme they are bringing in to reduce the away end prices. Something to do with the Sky money being used as discount?
