Cardiff Bay lighting...

Not sure whether I'm reading too much into this but usually the lights on the pillars change every few minutes. Yet they have remained RED since I arrive here a few hours ago. Could this possibly be a request from the club for the parade this weekend? This is taken from my apartment balcony so I know how often the lights change and they never stay one colour this long!

I may be paranoid, but I wanted to get the views of all you lot too... So what do you all think?
