I first started watching the city in about 1960 when I was three and my old man used to stand me on a wooden folding chair propped up against a crash barrier in the Grange End.
Over the years isaw some great European games involving tosh, ronnie bird and Brian Clarke.
We were always there a abouts with about six games to go then always dropped off.
I never thought I,d see the city in the top flight. I don,t get to games these days but it,s A fantastic achievement looking forward to match of the day and sky sports next year.
