Another question about Hull I know (sorry)

You can now buy Hull tickets from the official site, does that mean that they are now on sale to all season ticket holders and away members who have not been to 2 away games?

Friend of mine who is a ST holder, but who hasn't been away this season was able to buy one on line a couple of days ago, so they must have relaxed the rules.
