Hull places and tickets available overnight trip and day tri

Got a bit confused today at the volume of cancellations for Hull this Saturday but I've just found out we are now live on sky had a busy one today so missed that one!
so We still have 10 places for the Friday trip to York leaving the stadium at 8.00 am Friday morning £75 adults coach and Hotel £65 children spending Friday night in the hotel coming back straight after the game.
There are also tickets and coach spaces left for the day trip:

If they booked and have now pulled out, then they should surely still have to pay.
Why not ban them from future trips?
Name and shame them?
If you have put all the effort in to book/arrange the trip, then these people let you down, why should they get away with it?
