The Year Pel Droed Broke! (c)

Mon Apr 29, 2013 12:17 am

What a year for Welsh football!

We power to the summit of the Championship in November and are not once deposed from those lofty heights.

Swansea win the lesser of the English cup competitions, the League Cup, by sweeping aside lowly Bradford City.

And now either the pint-sized pretenders to our east, Newport County, or northern neighbours Wrexham will once again enjoy league football next season.

Happy days to be Welsh!
