I've just finished my second week....and i won't lie to you, it's f*cking hard going!!
The first 5 days were a nightmare but it does feel like it's getting easier.
If you are going to give it a go, invest in a heart-rate monitor first

Well the pictures you have seen on the video are of different people when they show before and after most of the time and when it's the same person the before is them slouching in a dark room after a good meal, the after is a well sunlit room and them dehydrated and not eaten all day.
High intensity training with short breaks for 20/30 mins is all you need to do. Like sprinting as far as you can till you cannot run anymore then taking a 1min to 30 second break and then sprinting again. While on your break walk. This is a genuine training programme unlike that insanity bollocks.

Beg to differ Bray. Insanity works as do P90x. But you're right in saying it's high intensity and you can diy through other forms of exercise

Some of the guys I work with (already f***ing fit) use it and they say two things:
1: If you can keep the the schedule (i.e. every day) it is superb
2: Diet is as important as the exercise for 'TV look' results
P90X is a similar programme which emphasises the dietary aspects right from the start
None of these systems are 'easy' but would you really expect them to be?
