I remember s4c showing a re arranged fac game against the wurzles couple of years ago,turned sound down and had radio wales english commentry,but was totally out of sync radio was about 6 secs ahead of tv.only later discovered you could switch to english commentary on the red button. :

So Premier Sports is a Pay TV channel on Sky and they have the rights to this game, they then give it to S4C which ANYONE can get on Sky.

Oh and it's 1-0 get in.

No English commentary.
