Reading V QPR

Sun Apr 28, 2013 12:40 pm

Live on Sky Sports now, wonder if Malky is watching for potential signings from 2 virtually relegated teams....

Who would you pluck from these teams for us next season?

Redknapp selecting Bothroyd to try and save their place in the Premier league

Junior Hoilett, if he's playing.

QPR have about three squads. I suspect he's picking Bothroyd because he knows he's likely to stick around for next season. I'd love to have SWP down here.

Seeing that donkey Gestede badly impersonate a footballer yesterday we could do worse than bring Jay in

Yes he is. There was a very good reason Fulham didn't sign him.

Is it right they both go down today if they draw?

Should Aston Villa win tomorrow, both teams are then relegated...

He still holds a ball up well, but as usual trying a bit harder when it's already a bit too late.

I personally thought Rudy played very well yesterday and although he won't be good enough for the Premiership, he has played well the last 3 games. I thought he was outstanding at home to Charlton, his holding up of the ball, decision making, distribution and overall link play has improved and he will always unsettle defenders and get his head on the end of crosses. But obviously, we need to bring in a target man who's Premiership quality now, not rely on someone who could eventually develop into a Premiership player next season.

Just seen that Wigan play Villa last game of the season so a dew puts Reading and QPR down TODAY.

I have see-sawed all season on Rudy ranging from Malky must see things that I don't ,to He will never play for us again, to Christ he is a footballer, but now I am finally holding my view Div 1 as a starter and or an impact player in the championship at best..... How the hell we quite comfortably (on paper) won the league with him starter in a mystery.

Honestly you must have been watching different games recently. Clearly Rudy isn't a world beater, but he has pleasently surprised me with his performances towards the end of the season. He has done his bit to contribute, but next season I hope we loan him out to a Championship/League 1 team.
