The ref today

Prob dont deserve a new thread but I thought he was excellent today? Kept the game flowing and seemed to let things go rather than knit pick.

Most refs stop our quick free kicks, but he was happy to go along with them.

Thought he was pretty crap today made loads of wrong decisions for both sides but overall wasnt the worse we have had down the city this season. And to be fair didnt have a tough game to ref today

I guess it depends on what you mean by wrong decisions. By the book yes he should have blown up a lot more.

Yeah overall he wasnt that bad and as you said let the game flow but for what he did blow up for was often wrong or incorrect and his linesman didnt help, I'll have to say that is 1 thing I cant wait for next season we will at least get decent officials for once

Linesmen/women In this season have been shocking.

I don't mind a ref who don't blow up much as long as he does it both ways and lets the game move

Poor and inconsistent refereeing absolutely will spoil a match. Agree 2 blue the ref was very good today,couldnt understand how there was only 3 minutes injurt time though and 6 against Barnsley
