It would have been great to beat Portsmouth when we played them, but who'd swap places with them now, still can't get my ahead around what we really have achieved, this is massive and I for one intend enjoying and lapping up every moment of it.

Funny how when we won promotion it wasnt bigger than an FA cup during the middle ages, when you do it its bigger than the world cup.

You won you Trophy in front of a few hundred at Burnley we won ours at the home of football in front of 43000 of our fans. As far as luck goes 3 sides go up we finished third.

You total c**t bag. We won the championship! You said it you finished 3rd. As for 43k? How come everyone else gets 32k for finals at wenbley? You will tell me next you had 20k in your promotion season next when we all know it was around 13k at the ospreys stadium that season.
Take your rose tinted glasses off for f**k sake.

It is the same prize as the 2nd place team and the play-off winner, in fact the play off winner gets more money than the first placed team. There are only 24 entrants and not one top flight team involved.
Anyone actually trying to convince themselves it's a major trophy are deluded in the extreme, or should let Alex ferguson know immediately, I'm sure he will get relegated in an instant to then challenge for the second tier title.
