Relegation sides

Wed Apr 24, 2013 6:48 pm

Just a few players worth looking at if they get relegated:
Around Kone (Wigan)
James McCarthy (Wigan)
Adel Taraabt (QPR)
Chris Samba (QPR)
Adam Le Fondre (Reading)
Andreas Weimann (AV)
Matt Lowton (AV)
Rob Huth (Stoke)
Kenyan Jones (Stoke)

Just a few suggestions. Thoughts?

On that list, McCarthy, Le Fondre and Lowton.

But Samba!? Isn't he on something like 100k a week?

He'll f**k off back to Russia IMO

Kone's a good player in my opinion. Would do well at us

True, he's got bags of experience and would definately chip in with a fair few goals.

i really don't understand why people would want to sign le fondre.. we've got campbell and maynard who i think are better than him and we don't really need that type of player need a bit of a target man and someone who can score goals when they start not a super sub  :ayatollah:

Would be a great signing can play as target man, powerful dribbler and can score goals :ayatollah:

Taarabt! Possibly the most over rated prem player going. His work effort is appalling and he can't even start for an awful qpr side.

Let's look at other options what about Gary Hooper from Celtic?

McCarthy definitely !!!

But would rather go and get hungry players looking for a point to prove than players looking for a club to continue to pay them handsomely and retain their premiership status.

Unless we are getting Samba on a cut price deal I think we can really rule out anyone from either QPR or Reading.

However, the thrid from bottom club might be worth looking at (Wigan, Aston Villa etc.) not forgetting the best from this years Championship (Watford strikers for example)

Samba is on £100k per week really? . Must be better players your team is looking at .
